Privacy
Website privacy
Swamp Shack uses information submitted through the website to review and respond to catering requests, food-truck booking requests and general inquiries. Requests are stored in the website database for business follow-up.
Information submitted through forms
A request may include your name, email, phone number, event date and time, venue or event location, estimated guest count, budget, menu interests and message. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss your event.
Live truck location
The Live Map uses location from an authenticated Swamp Shack admin device only after the operator starts tracking and gives the browser location permission. The public site receives the latest truck coordinates so customers can see the current marker. Customer devices are not asked for their location. This website keeps the latest truck position and tracking-session status; it does not build a public route history.
Website measurement
If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is configured, optional measurement remains off until a visitor chooses to allow it. The choice can be reopened from the Privacy choices link in the footer. Swamp Shack uses these tools to understand website visits and campaign results, not to create a confirmed booking.
Google Maps and social links
The site can load Google Maps for the current truck location and links to Google Maps and Swamp Shack social profiles. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.
Booking requests
Submitting a form does not create a confirmed reservation. Swamp Shack reviews the request and contacts you directly about availability, pricing and next steps.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the website request form or phone number to ask about a submitted request or to request deletion of information you previously submitted.
